Brad and I helped our friends with branding a few of their calves.
We brought the girls and Grandpa Wally watched them so I could try to wrestle the calves. I've never done this before and it was fun (but really tiring) to attend a branding with Brad.
Ruthie's comment on the way to the branding: I want to take down a cow too!
I ended up with several bruises on my legs and my arms were sore afterward.
Ruthie made a friend too. He taught her how to climb the fences without falling.
