We had a good time outside in this Fall weather. We made a big pile of leaves for the girls to jump on, and they really had fun doing so (might I say, so did we). :)
Some of these pictures are of Ruthie and Naomi trying to touch the red light my dad was shining on the ground. Ruthie kept attempting to stomp and kill it like a bug. It was really cute to watch them chase it around the front room. We had a good time with their grandparents during a visit one time.
Ruthie sometimes will tell us to "put Nae Nae away" whenever her little sister is getting too clingy (she mentions this same statement about the dog too).
Naomi loves to dance and when we have music playing in the van she'll kick her feet.
Ruthie now has us pray for "horsies" all the time! We usually end up praising God for them rather than praying for them :)
Naomi had her first big, all-time temper tantrum...I took a toy away from her and she arched her back and screamed.
Naomi loves Mum Mums. The other day it sounded like she said, "Ma Ma," but I'll be the first to admit that she probably was saying Mum Mum (at least it's close though). :)
I was telling Ruthie a made-up story and afterward she said, "Read it again Mommy!"
Ruthie did her first backward somersault the other day...it really was gymnastic-like.
When I woke Ruthie up from her nap she noticed right away I had a dress on and said, "Twirl Mama," to which I responded by doing a twirl and a graceful curtsy.
Ruthie was playing hide-and-seek and said to me, "Mama, come find me in the bathroom!" Hmm...where could she have hidden?
Jeff is learning to bow hunt so Brad and I gave it a try. Let's just say I'm not advanced enough to go hunting yet :) Brad did really good though! Ruthie, Naomi and their friends were watching from the sidelines.
Medicine Rocks is about a 10-mile drive from Ekalaka. It's beautiful in that area and we just couldn't take being inside anymore so we took a drive and let Ruthie get out to get some exercise...but she didn't last long, it was pretty cold out there!
