The Joys of Having Daughters:
Ruthie sometimes will tell us to "put Nae Nae away" whenever her little sister is getting too clingy (she mentions this same statement about the dog too).
Naomi loves to dance and when we have music playing in the van she'll kick her feet.
Ruthie now has us pray for "horsies" all the time! We usually end up praising God for them rather than praying for them :)
Naomi had her first big, all-time temper tantrum...I took a toy away from her and she arched her back and screamed.
Naomi loves Mum Mums. The other day it sounded like she said, "Ma Ma," but I'll be the first to admit that she probably was saying Mum Mum (at least it's close though). :)
I was telling Ruthie a made-up story and afterward she said, "Read it again Mommy!"
Ruthie did her first backward somersault the other day...it really was gymnastic-like.
When I woke Ruthie up from her nap she noticed right away I had a dress on and said, "Twirl Mama," to which I responded by doing a twirl and a graceful curtsy.
Ruthie was playing hide-and-seek and said to me, "Mama, come find me in the bathroom!" Hmm...where could she have hidden?
