Brad likes fire. So does Ruthie...although I think for her it's more because she likes eating burned marshmallows.
Scenario: The girls are in the stroller with Brad pushing and me walking next to him.Ruthie starts chatting about the sun and Brad replies, then Ruthie says (rather sophisticated), "Daddy, I'm not talking to you. I'm talking to Nae."
Then she says to her sister, "God made the sun Nae, did you know that?"
Brad hurt his knee so we prayed over it. Then Nae sits down and imitates Brad's expression of pain and rubs her knee, wanting us to pray for her too.

Those who know our adorable daughter will recognize this beautiful expression of hers. It's the face of a little girl who didn't get what she wanted when she wanted. I'm sure she'll enjoy seeing this picture when she's older :)
