Below: My sister, Brad and I decided to spend a few hours "hiking" in the ditch near my parent's house. I think it took us about three hours, with snow six inches deep and zero degree temperature, to travel six miles.
Below: Hmm...apparently the girls are intrigued by grandma reading from the "Tick & Flea Control" magazine. Maybe she's preparing them for the time we get a dog?
Scenario: Mommy is singing to her hearts content until Naomi (her sweet and sensitive daughter) declares rather matter-a-factly, "Please no sing Mama." Hmm...I suppose I should take a hint. :)
The girls had colds lately and Naomi was clingy and lethargic all morning. She was sitting on my lap when Brad gave her some cold n' cough medicine. This lethargic and drowsy little girl immediately brightened up and said after taking her medicine, "I like it!"This morning when Brad woke up Ruthie sweetly said, "You're the bestest daddy in the world!" :)
