Days of '85 Parade & Fair ~

The Days of '85 is our town's yearly fair. Brad took this neat picture of the lightning storm we had one night.
Nae likes to crawl into Huli's kennel...who wouldn't? It's so clean and free from dog fur. :)
Naomi also likes to be tickled by her namesake, Grandma Cheryl.
Candy, here's a picture of your mom's beautiful haircut...although now that I finally know how to french braid I'm unable to practice on it for another few months!
Amazing draft horses.

Ruthie wasn't so sure about the word "amazing" for these huge beasts.
First time milking a goat.
This pig almost made me become a vegetarian...ugly!
There was an all-class reunion that weekend, so Brad was able to catch up with a few friends.

I like this picture because of the American flag to the left.

Ruthie and Nae collected lots of candy during the parade. Unfortunately most of the candies were "choking hazards," so I have been reluctantly eating them...it's unfortunate for me to have to suffer in this way to protect the girls. :)

Nae's attempting to ring the bell.
In the background is our church and house.

The girls were playing in their inflatable pool so I took advantage of the warm weather...Brad thought it was funny that I'm wearing a hoodie sweatshirt, tanning my legs and coveing my face with an umbrella...hmmm...I'm still waiting for that lemonade he promised to bring me.
The disguised girl in the back is Ruthiebelle.
The girls were simply going out to get the mail but it felt as if I was sending them off to school. Their attire looked so "first day of schoolish."
This girl makes our family laugh!
