Conversation between Brad and Ruthie:
[Sidenote: Ruthie had just been disciplined for something]
While walking into the kitchen Brad asks nonchalantly
Brad: Ruthie, how does one change his nature?"
Ruthie looks at Brad and takes her hand and swats her behind several times
Brad: Well, I guess that's a Biblical thought but I was thinking more like being made into a new creation in Christ. :)
On our long trip to Washington:

Ruthie: Mama, I need something!
Mad: What do you need?
Ruthie: Something.
Mad: What something do you need?
Ruthie: A puppy.
