Gospel for Asia had it's 2008 "Renewing Your Passion" conference this last weekend. Brad worked with the Production crew and got to wear some neat headphones. Ruthie and I were able to hear a few sessions but we mostly just walked around the hotel, swam and took naps. :) Ruthie's new feat is helping me and Brad push the stroller. We joke around that it's about time we make her do some chores since she's willing to manully push the stroller for us. Oh, a professional photographer came up to us at the hotel and asked if he could take some pictures of Ruthie. We consented and I posted a couple of the shots he took. After the conference I had a desire to make a blueberry pie--our pastor was coming over for dinner so that gave me incentive enough to actually purchase items to make the pie. It didn't look as pretty as the pictures in the Betty Crocker book, but it tasted pretty good. I actually had to make the dough twice because it was crumbly the first round. Then we went to the park before Ruthie went down for the night. It was a busy weekend!
